The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online, by telephone or in person.
When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Climbers Corner Moshi Ltd.. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Climbers Corner.
Your booking will only be confirmed once we receive full advance payment. When you do an online reservation, the status of your room will be set to “pending”. You will then be given the possibility to make your payment via Paypal within 2 days. Should we not receive your payment within 2 days, the room will be released for further online reservation.
All rates quoted are per room per night. They are subject to availability and include Value Added Tax & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotions.
We cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
Accommodation for up to 2 children aged 6 or under is free when sharing with one or two paying adults in a standard guest bedroom. However, please note that we cannot provide extra beds or cots in this case. For children aged 7 or older, extra beds or rooms should be booked at the full adult rate.
Family Rooms are available on special request.
Check In & Check Out
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am.
If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please inform us in writing. Failure to notify of late arrival may result in your room being resold, and our cancellation terms will apply.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Should you need to cancel your booking, inform us as soon as possible in writing. If you cancel more than 1 month before your first booked day, we will refund the full amount paid minus a processing fee of 5 USD per booking. Should you cancel between 1 month and 1 week before your first booked day, a cancellation fee of 50% of the paid amount applies. Should you cancel 1 week or less before your first booked day, or should you not show up (no-show), a cancellation fee of 100% of the paid amount applies.
